The Trump Towers, Ritz Carlton Residences and the Contemporaine may be the most luxurious in the area. However, these are several other great condo buildings throughout. For buyers looking for the ultra-exclusive options, 55 E. Erie, The Fordham, Silver Tower and The Montgomery are all great choices.

While River North is known for the luxury condos, there are also more affordable options found throughout the neighborhood. Many of the smaller choices provide an affordable option, while there are some larger floor plans more suited for families.
